An overview on sales forecasting, cashflow planning and what you need to think about to help plan your financials. Templates can be provided and this is a safe space where you can talk about your finances, sales forecasting and more importantly how this will impact your cash-flow. If you want us to review your forecasts and support with where it can be improved, then please come along.

You may not have started this yet, again no problem we would be delighted to provide a template and offer guidance on how to get started or answer any questions if you are part way through your financial planning.
