What’s a mum? It’s someone with a passion. Someone committed, flexible and able to find creative ways around all those problems which emerge from out of the blue (and elsewhere!). In fact… and this may come a bit of a surprise, a mum is someone with exactly the qualities that make for success in business.
Being a mum can change the way you see yourself and the world. Now you have a family ‘the future’ takes on a whole new meaning.
And what of your future?
Well, for many mums starting a new business is a great option because it allows them to be creative, work flexibly – often from home, and get that elusive work/life balance under control.
For some mums their children are the inspiration for a business. Others find the opportunities to revive old interests and build their dreams around them.

It’s free and practical and will give you the opportunity to meet other mums who have put their ideas into action. Be inspired to find, and make the most of, your own ideas in a lively, supportive (and post-natal!) atmosphere. Hear what it’s really like to start and successfully manage your own enterprise – even when those things are still coming out of the blue.
