North East HR Consultancy Celebrates Double National Award Success

A County Durham-based HR consultancy founded less than two years ago with the support of Durham City Incubator has scooped a national award — and is now in the running for another.

BeeSure HR, led by founder and managing director Sophie Dodgson, has been named HR Services Provider of the Year 2025 at the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Awards. Sophie has also been shortlisted as a finalist for the HR Independents Emerging Talent Award 2025, which recognises those early in their independent journey and already showing what’s possible in the world of HR.

Sophie said: “Good HR should be simple and human — that’s what we’re proving. The recognition is wonderful, but the real win is seeing the impact with our clients.”

The double success highlights not only BeeSure HR’s rapid growth, but also the North East’s growing reputation for ambitious, people-first businesses making waves on the national stage.
