This workshop takes place over a half-day session on 26th October and another half-day session on 27th October.

Data Protection and GDPR can seem a daunting place but with our help we can keep you on the right track to avoid headaches and hot water. This session is aimed at improving your knowledge and understanding, we will share best practice and answer any questions on what you can and cannot do, always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your new business. Do not get caught out!
An overview on sales forecasting, cashflow planning and what you need to think about to help plan your financials. Templates can be provided and this is a safe space where you can talk about your finances, sales forecasting and more importantly how this will impact your cash-flow. If you want us to review your forecasts and support with where it can be improved, then please come along.
You may not have started this yet, again no problem we would be delighted to provide a template and offer guidance on how to get started or answer any questions if you are part way through your financial planning.
These sessions will help you define and refine your business model, communicate your business pitch, work through your value proposition, design your customer experience and customer persona and look at customer pains and gains. It will help you to explore and communicate your business proposition and value to your customers to aid planning your marketing, operations and finance strategies.
A really useful and beneficial session to those people in the planning stages of launching their business and those who are early stages of trading.
This workshop takes place over four half-day sessions. The first on the 9th November, second on the 10th November, third on the 16th November, and final session on the 17th November.
This will be a shorter session aimed at being a safe space where you can talk about your business plans and seek out our help and support. If you want us to review your business plan and support with where it can be improved upon then please come along. You may not have started a formal business plan and want to know where to start then this could be for you. We can provide a range of templates if you need them as well.
This face to face workshop will help you understand and implement business design thinking, lean and agile concepts into your current business models to help explore future opportunities for your business. Identify where innovative solutions are needed to overcome barriers to growth and sustainability, look at current opportunities to grow your business as well as new ideas. You will work through the tools to implement a new workable business idea within your current business.
