This interactive workshop will help you to identify ways to improve your profitability and productivity through the use of digital tools. We will work with you to improve your ability to implement new business models, conducting an audit of your current business model and generating ideas for innovation through digitalisation.

This workshop has been specifically developed to support ambitious new businesses under 12 months of trading to scale and grow.

Please note that this is a series of two workshops, with the first session taking place on 26th May. A subsequent session is held on 27th May (both from 9.30am to 1.30pm). All events are held online using Zoom.
